Should Have Turned The Ringer Off

I woke with the loud ring from our phone. I was sound asleep but I decided to answer the phone thinking that it might be a call from my family in the Philippines. It's upsetting because it was just a call from a telemarketer from a long distance communication company that I can't recall. They already called me yesterday and I declined to their offer. And then they called again today.That was rude. They don't care if they keep on disturbing people as long as they get what they want. Next time they call, I'm thinking of hanging up on them right away.

Little Black Dress

Finally, the perfect LBD.We can find this dress at tjformal.com. I will attend a social occasion on October and I've been looking for a dress that isn't too bright but classy. That's why I think that a little black dress is perfect.I bought a black lacy dress last month but I don't like it because it looks like a curtain. This one is caught my attention right away. This dress reflect my personality; simple but strong. I wished I found this site long ago. I attended a wedding last June but I haven't found the perfect dress to wear. Home Sweet Home

If I have to choose between staying at home or going outdoors on my free time. I choose to stay at home. At home I can do a lot of things such as cleaning the kitchen, the bathrooms and bedrooms, do laundry and redecorate the house. I want my house to be clean all the time. It gives me peace of mind when my house is not cluttered. Having toddlers in the house is a disaster sometimes.But it's no big deal to me. I don't mind picking up after their mess. Right now, I'm just happy how my home looks like.Last Tuesday, I got myself a new computer desk.Another addition to my log furniture. I like furnitures that are made out of wood. It's more homey and cool.

Pure Love

Some people asked me how I'm able to take care of many kids.To them it's a handful.Simple! I'm just doing the same way my parents & grandparents raised me. They pampered me. My grandma put me to sleep by brushing my hair. My grandpa share stories for us everynight. My Mama & Papa worked from dusk to dawn, rain or shine to provide all my needs. They're happy doing it for me. It's pure love that's why I'm giving Pure Love in return

Retro Costume

This is my favorite among the sexy costumes that I've seen. It's not too daring but catchy :-). This is a Vintage Vixen' Sexy 70's Retro Halloween Costume and all I need now is a white boots. I rarely wear costumes during Halloween because it's cold here in Crescent City. But with this one, I will definitely wear this. Two more months, I can't wait. Sometimes we have costume contest here and it's just so boring at times because you  two or three people wearing the same costumes because they just buy it at a department store here in town.We don't have a lot of stores to go to that's why buying on line is the best bet if you want something unique and sexy.

Get Ahead of The Game

I'm so proud of my friend's daughter because they found out that she's going straight to sophomore College. She's the class salutatorian of Del Norte High School Class 2010. Before the school ends she's already taking college classes. She enrolled in UCLA and they credited all the units that she earned from her previous school. That's what I'm talking about getting ahead of the game. In all endeavors we always anticipate the hardships and prepare ourselves all the time. In any four or five year course, we always take a licensure examination to get a title or certificate and in my course which is Electronics and Communication Engineering, once you passed the board examination, you will be addressed as engineer. But in order to achieve it, you  have to take review classes.It's a good thing for business management graduates because they can enroll for a gmat prep online and works great and reliable.They are assured for a high quality review and they are a hundred percent way ahead of the game.

HaloHalo

It was sunny in Hiouchi last Saturday so we went to the Halo halo party that we are invited to. I went an hour early so I can help Ate Rowena. I was gonna stay there for an hour only but the people that I don’t to see didn’t arrive, so I hang out there for awhile. It’s not that I have a fight with them but since they are the enemies of one of my close friends, I rather choose not to mingle with them. It will just stress if I hear something I don’t like. Besides one of them take it personal and she decided not to talk to me also and the worst she ignored my daughter too. The thing is leave the kids alone. If us, as adults acting childish to each other, maybe we could at least act as adults to the kids because they don’t know what’s going on.

Anyways, after the party, we went to Gasquet to bring food for Lee. We stayed there for awhile then we head home. All in all, this is a nice day!

Sleepover

We sleepover at my daughter’s godmother for seven days now because she’s all by herself at their house. Her daughter, son-in-law and their kids went to Los Angeles for a week. She’s scared to be alone. I’m just proud of my husband because he let me and the kids stay in other people’s house for a long time. And he’s so proud of me too. The kids are so happy about it. Does all kids really love sleepover? Well, my kids do. My only problem is that I can’t really sleep well in other people’s house. That’s why I always bring my laptop computer with me. Imagine life without a laptop?I’m sure it will be just fine . but To me, it’s a big thing. Because, I need to update my Facebook often, read and reply emails, pay bills or shop online once in awhile. This wireless gadget helps me do my online tasks anywhere and with its built-in modem, I can always get an Internet wherever there’s a wifi and most places has one already. My laptop is like my bestfriend, I’m quite lost without it :-).

Thank you to the latest technology, now travelling is so much easier especially when it comes to directions. Because of the GPS technology,it’s easier to travel to places that are new to us or even in a place that we’ve been to before. I remember when we went to this big city, almost every year the routes changes or the roads are modified that’s why our travel time is longer than we expected.
There are different types of navigational tools. They came in different brands and sizes. The Garmin nuvi 855 GPS navigational system is of the top rated according to the gps reviews.  I agree with that because it's voice activated which means you don't need to type the address while driving.This  feature is so cool because you can focus more on the road. Another sweet one is the so called  the Bluetooth GPS, the Garvmin Nuvi 1260T. The cool thing is, this one will help you find the shortest routes. Another favorite of mine is the TomTom Go 360 GPS Navigator .Its screen resolution is so clear and it has the same features as the other GPS. There are many of these tools in the market today. We can't be thankful enough. No more printing of directions. No more missed turns and no more long travel because of being lost. More power to the inventor of this life changing technology.

Education is a Good Investment

The best thing that  parents can give to their children is a good education. A good education compared to materials thing will not go away. It never fade neither it will be stolen. I came from a poor family, but my parents were able to sent us to school. Three of us finished college already . My parents worked so hard just to provide us good education.I couldn't thank them enough. My education helped me faced my struggles here in the states. So far, nobody put me down. I'm not scared to talk to English speaking people. There's a few who tried to intimidate me, but they didn't succeed. They realized that I can't be fooled. Right now, I'm planning to go back to school. I wish to finished college here in the states. But since, my three kids are still young. I decided to study online. I inquired about Kaplan University. I knew some people who went to school there. They said it's a good school and it's in the top 2  of the top Online School Rankings.
Studying online is the best choice for mothers like me. Just make sure it's a legit school like Kaplan.
