38Footer Motorhome

One of my very good friends here in Crescent city decided to go cross country. I'm excited for her. But we will surely miss her because she often go to our parties. Now that she's travelling far already, we might not be able to see her in a year. I'm just happy that she has adjusted with these new changes in her life. She has home schooled her kids already but I'm not sure if they're going to sell their beautiful house in Hiouchi. I hope not because it's a very beautiful house in a very nice location. They're driving  38Footer motor home.It's huge and so cozy and spacious in the inside.I think this cross country idea can save them more money than just staying in their house. All they need to worry the most is the motorhome repairs which is not a big deal because they have a good insurance. I'm just happy for them because they're living life to the fullest.

Opportunities

When I was asked if I want to train in a doctor's clinic as a receptionist, I said yes right away. It's an opportunity that I can't pass. As the saying goes, "Life is a great big canvas, and you should throw all the paint on it you can." I don't have an experience in customer service jobs before so I believe that training in Gray Chiropractic Clinic is a blessing. I learned a lot from them. I have practised how to answer business calls.I learned how how to make appointments for the patients, posting their account and payments. In customer service, you just have to be polite, focus, sincere and persuasive. It's one of the jobs that I will consider first when I got the chance.

Ten Years and It's Over

My husband has a Sanyo Television for almost ten years now, it still works good until recently. It is starting to show blurry pictures and sometimes it doesn't shows picture at all. I think it's about time for this TV to rest. I  already ordered a new Television, one of the latest and new versions. But honestly, I still prefer the old style Television compared to the LED and LCD monitor when it comes to durability. I think they can withstand the torture of my toddlers. With the LED and LCD, the toddlers can't touch the monitor.
I'll see how long this new TV will last.

I watched soap opera from my county, the Philippines. I noticed that many celebrities who are 10 to 20 years older than me such as Sharon Cuneta Lorna Tolentino and many others who still look like they're in their 30's or even 20s. They look so young and fresh for their age. In fact Gretchen Barretto on her recent prime time television show, her leading man is Derek Ramsey who is way younger than her but they look good together. These celebrities underwent many procedures just like nodular acne treatment to maintain their beauty. Training

Today, is the first day of my training at Dr. Gray Chiropractic. It went well. I learned a lot of things. I made mistakes but Faye, Dr. Gray's wife is very understanding and patient. Even though  this is my first time working in a Chiropractor clinic, I already love the job. It's exciting. It's never boring. You won't notice the time goes by. Besides, I love this kind of job because I get to wear my formal or causal clothes. Most of the time, I only wear laid back clothes. Today, I wore my Rafaella trousers in chocolate color paired with a tan colored sateen blouse. It's a lily bit tight on me so I wore a blazer. I have lots of nice work clothes but they don't fit me anymore. I might consider using Lipofuze since it's known to get rid of fats the natural way. Anything natural is always better.

Family First

For me, life is a constant struggle. It could be a struggle with friends, with the weather, with money and with so many things. As a full time mom living a simple life my everyday struggle is making the house a home and keeping it that way. Sometimes I got so tired of picking after my children's mess. But what can I do?They are still toddlers. I stress myself too much when it comes to maintaining the house clean. It's because I want it spotless when their dad arrives from work. I learned it from my mom that husbands always want to come home in a clean house especially after a stressful day at work. Even though I'm super tired I forced myself to clean the house. My husband always tell me to just take it easy.I can only do so much. He said that I just have to wait till he got so he can help me. But it I don't like it like that. I am a stay at home mom. And it's my job to keep the house clean. I think it's my ego. But anyways, these struggles in life that I've been through has taught me how to be strong and responsible. In my life I will put my family first. They are my most important wealth.

Some people when you ask them about their age, they are offended. Personally, I don't mind although I refrain from asking other people about their age. Because what if they will ask me to guess it and then I'm wrong. I might say 40 years but actually she's 10 years younger. 4 Days Off

I just realized that my husband is going back to work today. He was home for four days. He took two days of Annual leave and it was his days off Friday and Saturday.It was such a blessing having home for four days. I got a little bit of R & R. Since Wednesday, he's the one who dropped and picked the kids to and from school. It is exhausting for me driving around all day. But that's life. It's my job as a parent to take care of my children. We just live like about 3 miles away from the school but I wouldn't let the kids walk to and from school. I don't want them riding in the bus either.
I'm so blessed because my husband, makes my life easier when he was home. He even let me rest from cooking. He took care of the meals. He bought Pizza on Wednesday then we have KFC meal on Thursday, Tacos and Burrito for Friday and he barbecue chicken and tri tip yesterday. He also barbecue hotdogs, bratwurst and polish hot dogs. I just bake potato for him.
He's going back today. And back to my old routine.  I'm still thanking God for this wonderful life.

Loyalty Is The Best Policy

Last night, my two good friends were teasing me for being always present in our friend's get together party .And I realized that it's actually true. I always say yes to Beth's invitation whether it's a birthday party, picnic or prayer meeting. I think it's because my kids are comfortable at Beth's house. Beth and her husband are nice people. They are honest and dependable. They are the kind of people who don't talk shit against other people. They don't talk if they don't have nothing nice to say. That's why I love to hang out with them. And it is one of the many reasons that I didn't join the Filipino association too. It's because they didn't join. If they're not there, I don't see why I should be there.  The association's goals are really nice. I just didn't join because most of my close friends are not there. There are some of the members that are really close to me but they don't go to there gatherings either. So I made the right decision not joining the association. Honestly, I noticed that everyone's life has never been better since the Association was establish because the people was able to choose which group they want to hang out. And everyone is happy where they are now.

Early Shopping

As much as possible I will avoid the late holiday shopping this year. I learned my lesson from my past experiences. I thought that it's okay if I will shop gifts on the first week of December but it's not because you will run out of time. Imagine you still have to wrap them and ship some of them. And the worse, the stuffs that is in your list will run out of stock. I experience this with my kids' dress wear. The clothes that I want for them don't have their sizes anymore. That's why this morning, I did some shopping for my youngest baby and I need to buy special occasion dresses for me and my husband too. Early shopping is the best for me because it will help me avoid stress and the holiday shopping rush.

Exciting

I spoke with my family in the Philippines today for more one hour. I'm just happy because they finally received the package that I sent them last August. It took two months before it reached there but it's okay because what matters is they got it. I'm so excited to know their reactions that's why I talk to all of them.It is a very wonderful feeling knowing that the people you love are very happy. They are all so happy because all of them got  their presents. I sent clothes, shoes, canned goods, jewelries, vitamins and food supplement. I sent
men vitamin for my dad whose been working hard in the farm. Power Nap

For a long time I haven't had a nap until today. I just got two hours sleep last night that's why I'm dead tired today. I can't barely open my eyes while doing my tasks online. After we picked Eric from school, Sophia and Stephie fell asleep. Stephie slept in the living room while Sophie slept in Eric's room because Eric was watching movie in our bedroom. I was working on my homework but I wasn't able to finish them because I dozed off. I slept beside Sophie.After 10 minutes, the phone rang so I got up. Then I started cleaning the house and picking up all the messes. The 10 minute is like a power nap.It recharge me to finish my chores for the day.

I Got A Pimple

I woke up this morning with a mild acne in my face. This is my problem if I don't sleep well and if I ate greasy foods, my pimples will break out, good thing that it is just mild. Still, I have to treat it right away because whenever I have a pimple, it leaves a scar in my face and it looks like a mole. I don't like it. I was just so tired last night because we went to Eureka and it's almost a four hour drive round trip. I just went to bed without toning and moisturizing my face.
