Woke Up Late

I sleep late last night because I've been itching in my arms and my back because of my itchy pimples and rashes. I think it's because of the weather that's why my skin dried and then acne occurred in my head and my back.I need an acne medication because looks like it's getting worse. Good thing that my husband didn't woke me up when he dropped the kids to school. I'm so lucky because he brushed the girls' hair by himself  and not bother to wake me up anymore. He's super sweet. So I woke at about 10 AM today and found out out that he already washed the dishes and cleaned the kitchen and most of all fed our son . I just couldn't ask for more.

Sweetness

It's our seven years anniversary today and it is memorable as ever. It is special for me because hubby did all the preparation. He just let me stay home and relax. He is so sweet because he greeted me online through facebook. He told all my friends to greet me at my page too. I really think it is super sweet.Besides his present and card, I really appreciate the effort. Yea cheers to our seven years and counting. I love him so much.

Determined

Once in awhile, a good friend of mine asked me to help her in their clinic. I'm sort of like an on call. Whenever their receptionist is off, I'll came over to help them. I was trained for two days last month and I kinda followed already. My friend is so organized and patient in teaching me. And she's very understanding with my mistakes. Even though I don't work often but I'm determined to be good with my job because I'm hoping they would hire me someday. It's very self fulfilling working in their office because   I learned a lot from them. I know now how to handle office work, from encoding, posting payments, dealing with scanner software, scheduling appointments. Knowing all these stuffs will diversify my skills in the future. I will not stop learning. I am a determined person.

Crazy Shopping Is Over, Now Back To Reality

Since Thanksgiving I've been spending my time shopping online and in store. I'm frustrated because I sleep late. I realized that I should have spend my time doing more important stuffs. I have regrets but I don't dwell on my mistakes. Now I have to start doing my chores. I still have time to finish my chores and finished my unfinished projects. First in my list is finished my holiday cards. And print out my affidavit of support and get it mailed to tomorrow. I'm optimistic to finished my tasks today.

Holidays In The Philippines

If I am going to choose a place where I want to spend my holidays, that would be in my country, the Philippines. It's just different there when it is a holiday season. You can feel the atmosphere of love and excitement. Even though some of us are are struggling but you can always a smile in their faces. You can hear the greetings everywhere. At night you will hear people joyfully singing karaoke songs. That's how we are Filipinos, we are happy people.We don't let problems put us down. We always have hope and during the holidays especially during the Christmas' and New Year's, all of us are united in celebrating the real meaning of the season which is giving, sharing and forgiving. Happy holidays everyone.

Silent Birth

I gave birth three times already and none of them I was being quiet. I was crying, screaming and yelling. I tried hard to be quiet but when the contractions are getting intensed there's no way you can't scream in pain.
I am indeed curious about the so called "silent" Scientology birth. I have read that John Travolta and his wife Kelly Preston are going to follow this birthing method. With this method, there will be no  music, no talking and no screaming will be allowed during the pains of labor. Also the new baby  cannot be prodded for medical tests or spoken to for the first seven days of his life. This is quite interesting and I can't wait to hear the news if they actually followed it.

Black Friday Deals

I'm surprised because many companies are already releasing their ads for the Black Friday sale. Last year, they didn't published  their ads until the Thanksgiving sale. I'm happy that they published it early because it helps me planned early which store to go first or not. And this is even better because I can compare prices. This year, I will stick to my budget and I will only buy the best deal. In my list, I only have toys for the kids, holiday dresses and bed sheets. But I'm still debating if I have to Eureka or I will just do my shopping here in our town. Or much better I might just shop online.

And The Lunch Date

This is what happened when we get together. We talked about anything about everything under the sun. And we had fun. One of my friends shared something funny that made us all laugh.

Lunch Date

I'm excited today because I have a lunch date with my friends.Most of us are stay at home moms and some are working that's why we didn't get to see often. That's why we just set a date and where we can keep in touch. We will get together at a Chinese restaurant. I'm just glad that my husband will keep an eye on the baby. I'm excited to see them because I want to ask them what are the best acne products in the market or they have used since they all have flawless looking skin. I'm annoyed with my pimples in my arms already. It looks gross and I'm embarrassed to wear short sleeves already. I just can't wait to see them again. Our lunch is at 1pm so it's a perfect time for all of us.

One Month More To Go

If agreed by everybody, our Christmas dinner will be held on the 18th of December.And that will be one month from now. That's why this afternoon, I think I so spend most of  my time looking for Christmas dress. for us. I already have a dress wear for my husband and Sophia. All I need to buy is the dresses for the girls. I have a dress to wear  already but not unless I will lose weight, I won't be able to wear it. Accomplished

Hubby is off from work since Friday so I'm feelin relaxed. I don't need to drop and pick the kids to and from school because he is doing it for me.But today, I dropped Eric to school because I deposited my check in the bank. Then I was able to do some errands. I felt accomplished.

With the latest economic situation, I wonder if the after thanksgiving sale or black Friday would be as crowded compared to last year. People are preparing for this day so that they can buy presents for the coming holidays. But for people who are living paycheck to paycheck or even those people who just have enough, this is gonna be hard already. Because whenever they have extra cash, they will use it to pay overdue bills. House

Ever since I watched the  American Television medical drama "House", I've been a fan of it right away. Although it was first aired in 2004,I stared watching attentively it just last year. I'm just fascinated with Hugh Laurie's character here. Also, each episodes gave us some lessons to ponder on how simple stuffs that are ignored can lead to a serious effect on our health. I am referring about cleanliness. Anyways, watching House taught me about the medical field including the apparatus they're using. They use electrosurgical device called  bovie which is used commonly in surgicenter or even in modern physician's clinic. There are many other devices featured in House that help us gain more knowledge in the the medical field.

5 Inches and Higher

I never thought I could find shoes that are five inches and higher. For a petite woman like me, this would be ideal  but when I tried a 4 inches stilettos I can barely walk. But my friend Jeline, she can even run with it. She's lucky. Me, I will be just drooling but I can't wear them especially if I'm holding a baby. He Wants a New Pet

My three year old preschooler is having fun at school. Everytime I picked him at school he is always excited to show me the projects that he made. My little man, my one and only son; our sunshine.I'm going to get to know well about a siberian husky because lately he asked me if we can get a puppy for the house. We have a bird already but I guess seeing some some of his friends who bring their pets at school sometimes made him want one too.

On Magkaribal...

Magkaribal is a primetime show in the Philippines of the Kapamilya Network.ABS-CBN. I followed this show fromthe start and finally ended yesterday. I'm so full of drama because with their last week episodes, my comments and reactions are posted in my facebook shoutouts. And I got numerous comments. Well, I have to admit Magkaribal is really a good show. We can learned a lot from it especially about forgiveness. In life, sometimes it's better to be generous with our forgiveness. It gives us more happiness and peace of mind.

He's a Big Kid Now!

My son will be 40 months on the 4th of November. He is completely potty trained last week. I'm so proud of him. And the amazing thing is, it's as if it just happened overnight. Unlike his sister, he didn't use the potty trainer and we didn't use the chocolate reward thingy. It's as if it just happened overnight. I went to a two day training so my best friend babysit him. he had a diarrhea that day. He's embarrassed to make a mess at his Tita Jeline's house so he forced himself to use he toilet. Since then, he is using the toilet. I feel bad because he learned it the hard way but I'm so proud of him.He's a big kid now. I'm going to buy a Stain Guard mattress protector for his bed because he might have some accidents in his bed during the night.

Thoughts For The Christmas Party

I'm wondering what are my friends plans for this Christmas Party. It is used to be an annual celebration among a Fil-Am families and friends but since they have an association, I didn't join anymore. I join in my group of friends but not in the association although I most of the members are my friends too. Besides I'm not a member so I will not be invited. Either way, I will never join in their party, it's too much of a crowd for my kids. I want something intimate and private where the kids will not be so overwhelmed. They have plans but if ever it will not be push through, still fine with me.
