Four For A Dollar

I saw these cute tank tops at Walgreen. They came in different styles and colors. They are ribbed tank tops and looks durable. So I bought four in different colors. I bought three tank tops in XL sizes and 1 in Large. I got disappointed when I got home because the large is tight on me. Gosh, I used to wear medium before.  Weight loss pills that work fast is all I really need right now.It's sad because I can't wear those nice blouses that I have in my closet because they're tight on me already too. Just to make feel better, my husband told me that I am not big, it's my clothes that are shrinking. Nice try sweetheart :-).

Reese Witherspoon And Jim Toth

I love Reese Witherspoon. She's a good actress and she has a very decent lifestyle. I haven't seen her scandalized because she's a decent person. You can really tell because she's not making any nasty publicity. I was jut disappointed about her divorce with Ryan Philippe. I think they really look good together. But even though they divorced, they hide it as much as they can from the public to protect their children. Now, that she's married again with Jim Toth. I hope this is it. I really wish a successful marriage life for her.

Celebrity Apprentice

I stayed up late last night because I watched the Celebrity Apprentice. I was just curious about the videophone from ACN. The videophone product is amazing. I saw how it works because I registered in ACN.Anyways, Dionne Warwick was fired last night. I think it's all because Nene wasn't telling the truth. I was impressed wen she told Nene that she was a coward. And I believe so. I saw that she's asking Nene if she can go home now but Nene denied it. Oh well, she's saving herself from getting fired. These reality shows are everywhere right now. Some of them are lame. If I have my own reality show, we probably have more interesting life than they have. Oh well, that's just my own opinion. I do take videos of our events here at home.I love my Sony video camera. I have it for a long time already and still in very good condition. When I bought it, it has good camcorder reviews and I was really satisfied with it.

Document Solutions

It's been two weeks since we have the Tsunami that damaged many boats in the pier. It's as if it was yesterday when I feel that fear because of the loud sound of the siren urging the people to evacuate to higher grounds. I was confused at first on what to bring first. All I want to secure are my kids, then I grabbed our passports and important papers and put them in the luggage. I realized how natural calamities happened so fast. How it will change your life overnight. We are lucky that we didn't experience what Japan has been through.There are many buildings that were damage. Many of these companies are using document imaging that's why even though their papers and important documents are soaked in the water, they can still recover their file because it can be restored from their scanned files through digital imaging. It's very amazing how technology evolve these days.

Not Too Worry About The Radiation

Due to the alarming effect of the possible meltdown of Japan's Nuclear plant, people are buying Potassium Iodide. In fact, here in Crescent City, the pharmacy are running low of supply of KI (Potassium Iodide). I discussed this with my husband and he explained to me that there's nothing to be so worried about. Heaven forbids, if there is nuclear meltdown, and the radiation will be carried by the wind going to our direction, the wind will be so dispersed that the radiation will not anymore harmful. It's just gonna be like the radiation that we're getting everyday from watching TV and the likes. I am quite relieved and I hope that this ordeal in Japan will end soon.

Diet And Dark Chocolate

I have been doing my exercise everyday plus my sit-ups but still I didn't see any improvement in my body other than it helps me more relax.  I expect to lose weight or lose my belly fats. I whine to my husband about this. He told me that the results will not happen over night. So true! Besides, I might be exercising but I'm not changing my eating habit. While I was browsing around for some diet regimen, I  found out about HCG Diet. They said with HCG diet you can eat dark chocolate.Now that gets my attention. I haven't seen any diet solutions that allow you to eat chocolates. I guess HCG Diet is worth a try.

Change for the Better

Am I getting old or am I a changed person now? I've been getting discount coupons and I'm just passing them now. I just looked and didn't buy. I used to buy right away whenever I get free shipping with no minimum order offer. I feel like it's a sin to pass this kind of offer. That's how bad my shopping habit is. I think I changed because I realized that my kids are growing up so fast. They outgrown their clothes and shoes so fast that I need to save money for them. This is not all about me anymore. I have to think about my kids and my family. Besides, I have too many clothes and shoes that I rarely wear. If I ever shop for myself again, I want it to be something that I really need. I like this..I am changing ...for the better..Good luck to me!

Gap Give and Get

I wonder if many of you took advantage of Gap Give and Get program. This is Gap's Spring event where you get to pick your own non-profit organization who will receive 5% of what your friends spend during this event. I choose  Feeding America. It was a four day event that ended today. I did my shopping last Thursday and I got 30% from all my purchases. I was really happy because I got a big discount and I also got a free shipping. I bought outerwear for my kids, leggings and socks. I love it when I got some good deals. I feel like I'm a smart shopper.

Overwhelmed

When I searched for an online university last week, I received so many calls already from many schools. I was overwhelmed by the information I got.I can't believed in one day I received  two or three calls and then I also got some brochures in the mail. Too many schools to choose from that's why I need a lot of thinking for these. It's hard to just jump into one school without being able to inquire from other schools. I'm just kinda intimidated because some of the school councilors are so determined in encouraging me to pick their school. I have a hard time to tell them no. But I will take my time to weigh things out, to choose which is the best online school for me. Haste make waste so I will just take my time.

Preparing For The Future

Today, I was browsing on different sites looking for a good school who will accept  the credits that I've earned in the Philippines. I finished a Bachelor's Degree in Electronics there but I'm trying to get a degree here that is related to my course there. I talked to a councilor and she's kind enough to help me. I want to apply for grants. I don't want to spend a lot of money or rather apply for a student loan. Being a mom, I feel like spending our money to our kids instead. I even look for ways where we can save more money by looking around for cheap health insurance, car insurance and even mortgage insurance. With the kids growing up, I anticipate for higher expenses and I don't want to be caught off guard with that. As much as possible I want my kids to grab any good opportunities there is.

Justine Bieber and Selena Gomez

I'm not really a fan of Selena Gomez,just my family in the Philippines because they think my eldest daughter looks like her. And I respect their opinion. My kids always watch Wizards of Waverly Hills. It's a funny show but Selena's role there is annoying. Anyways, now that her and Justine Bieber are together, it kinda caught our attention because we have a Bieber fever here in the house because my kids love Justine Bieber songs and they always want me to play it every time they ride with me. For me, Justine still look like a baby, he looks like a elementary kid as compared to Selena. Oh well, they're both young and let's let them enjoy their relationship and hoping the public won't ruin it for them.
